Alicia Herrera is a professional linguist and voice and character actor. Ms. Herrera's over twenty-two years of professional experience in the Translation and Interpretation business and her abilities in the Voice-Over field make her a highly qualified talent. Growing up speaking, reading and writing in English and Spanish provided her the opportunity to acquire a bilingual and bicultural lifestyle and is available to read and interpret everything from commercials, narration, as well as comedy and drama for television, film and radio.
A graduate of UNLV, Ms. Herrera received her Master's Degree in language learning and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiological Studies and continued by translating and interpreting in the Physical Therapy field for three years. During that time she also taught Spanish to UNLV students. She is the perfect interpreter and translator for all your Spanish language requests.
In addition to her Voice-Over work, Ms. Herrera has been a language consultant in both the private and public sectors. She gained four years of experience as a Language Specialist in the Hospitality Industry. She became the official translator, interpreter, and didactic consultant of English programs for employees and Spanish classes for the management team at the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino.
For the last seventeen years she has served as a Spanish Certified Interpreter under the Administrative Office of the Courts for the Supreme Court of Nevada. She has also acquired government experience in the Public Administration sector. She is the ideal candidate for your language interpretation assignments.
